Our report provides indicative information on its durability, weathertightness, and the likelihood of any external areas having a moisture content at or above the New Zealand Standard 3602. This type of inspection is focused primarily on the weathertightness of a building. It is done especially when the building has monolithic cladding. The report's specific purpose is to impartially assess the general condition of the building and to identify defects that are clear at the time of inspection. All efforts are made to identify possible defects (and/or future defects) based on a visual non-invasive, above ground inspection. BOOK NOW
