CCC RESOLUTION Building consented by not finally signed off with issue of CCC. We can assist in providing information and remedial requirements to assist in the issue of CCC. A typical situation: Buildings constructed under an older building code (1994-2004) may have passed inspections at the time but CCC was not requested. Often with historic consents, council will prefer to involve their Durability Team to access the buildings performance and score it accordingly. Some earlier details may no longer comply, e.g. deck areas, handrails, cladding detail, clearances, etc. We will require an on-site assessment. We often act as the owners’ agent and liaise with council on resolution over controversial building details. Inevitably the building’s performance is paramount, however, as your agent, we will assist with the objective of having CCC issued. BOOK NOW |
